Cute things
Yesterday I whipped up a drawstring bag to hold the chess board:

And I sewed up a bit of stitching I'd finished over the weekend into a tiny needleroll. Isn't it cute?

The pattern is from the March-April 2006 issue of De fil en aiguille. I noticed this magazine lists the approximate times it takes to do the projects. For this one, the stitching time was listed as 5 hours. I didn't time myself but I think it took less, I'm guessing about 4 hours.
